• Your entrepreneurial purpose is the key to create a business that’s fulfilling. It’s the meeting point of your passion, skills and value (how you can help your client)
• Purpose needs direction, so the next step is to create a 5 year vision and a 12 month framework to help you achieve that vision
• Clarity on the above helps you identify your ideal audience
• Time is spent really getting to understand your client, what is it that they want, what is they need your help with. Learning their pains, problems and challenges 
• The last step of this module is to test and validate your understanding and findings by collaborating directly with your ideal audience
• By the end of this module you will know your entrepreneurial purpose, have a time frame with achievable milestones and know exactly who you want to work with 
• Why is this module called strategy refresh? Because the biggest mistake people make when wanting to scale their impact is not recognising that what got them here, will not get them here. To grow your strategy must be adapted

• Your in-depth knowledge of your ideal audience means you can create meaningful offers, those that transform your clients life
• Understand how what a business ecosystem is and why that’s fundamental to scaling your imoact and creating a profitable business
• The days of the e-book as a lead magnet are dead, create something of genuine value for potential clients that helps them and also pulls them into your world
• Sales and marketing collateral, that is attractive and quickly communicates who you are, what you offer and why your client should work with you. 
• Putting structures and frameworks in place is fundamental to support your growth, here we look at your funnels and adapt/ automate the means of communication with your audience. This includes but is not limited to e-mails. 
• By the end of this module you have will have irresistible services/ offers, an ecosystem, a business framework that’s robust and will support you as you scale  

The previous two modules were strategic we now move to the tactical. By this point you are clear about entrepreneurial purpose, audience and have transformational offers for them now its time to find your audience!

For this we use my framework of S.M.A.R.T

• S.M. – Social Media i.e. what social media does your client use; Facebook, YouTube or LinkedIn or it may be a combination of the above.
• A – Assets, the value on you already sit on (that’s why sometimes you can’t see it). This resource is where many of your high offer clients will come from.
• R – Real time events – Networking events, Talks, Seminars, Panels, Personal and Professional networks. Which ones do your clients go to?
• T – Traditional media, what traditional media does your ideal client consume? In terms of blogs, podcasts, radio stations, TV, online and offline publications.

By the end of this module you will know exactly where your audience are, this makes all of your communication targeted, efficient, economical and efficient.

The previous module was about ‘where is your client’, this module is about how to get in front of them, and what to say to them to engage, enrol and create potential leads. All of this is done as part of a 90-day marketing and promotion plan:

• S.M. 12-week plan for FB, LinkedIn and YouTube content. This will also include your paid ads if we decide that they could be a part of your communcaition strategy
• A – Methods to approach people within your assets this includes e-mail communication.
• R –  3 elevator pitches, 2 talk structures, Workshop structures. How to get onto stages. My role is not to merely give you structures rather it is work with you to hone your content.
• By the end of this module, your scaling would have already started!
